One Summertime in Miliken

DO YOU FIND IT APPEALING?

I usually paint in multi-colours, but this time I was in an experimental limited tones. The painting is in majority of blues and greens with a touch of purple, yellow & burnt umber ACRYLICS. In water or river painting, besides the multiple brush strokes of waves— -white and dark shades always add beauty and contrast to the water. And the reflection or shadows of an object floating or above the water like the birds adds-up to a realistic aura of the painting. RIVER flowing waters and crystal clear waters are one of my favourite art subjects. This painting was done in a premium Gesso Panel (9x12 in). The scenic spot was in MILIKEN Park, Toronto, Canada.
